Hello there, Im trying to get this howto working and it seems Ive bumped into the thinkpad T43 (SATA harddisk) issue too. I can get to the bootloader just fine, select windows, Loading Windows shows and then the inevitable A disk read error occurred press ctrl-alt-del to restart. Has anyone found a workaround for this Im using lilo as bootloader if that makes any difference; boot is a separate partition, and the windows install is WinXP pro on NTFS. Both are added to the VM and I have the needed permissions on the disk devices. Thanks in advance!
